I Want to Learn (Become a participant)

As a TorahMates participant, you'll be matched with a friendly study partner who will learn with you one-on-one on the topic of your choice, at a time that's convenient for you. Whether you're just getting started or looking to deepen your Jewish knowledge, your study partner will help you explore the beauty and wisdom of Torah and Judaism.

As a participant, you'll:

Learn about the topics that interest you.
Meet weekly by phone or video call at a time that works for your schedule.
Ask questions in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
Build a genuine friendship with your study partner.
Participate completely free of charge.

There's no pressure to know anything in advance or be at any particular level. All you need is a willingness to learn and grow. If you're looking for meaningful conversations, personal guidance, and a stronger connection to your Jewish heritage, becoming a TorahMates participant may be the right choice for you.

I Want to Teach

As a TorahMates mentor, you'll be paired with someone who is looking to learn more about Judaism and build a meaningful connection to Torah. Our mentors are men and women with a strong Torah background who are committed to sharing Torah with warmth, sensitivity, and authenticity.

As a mentor, you'll:

Learn one-on-one with your TorahMate each week by phone or video call.
Answer questions and build a genuine friendship.
Share Torah through your guidance and personal example.
Make a lasting impact while continuing to grow in your own Torah journey.

You don't have to be a rabbi or a kiruv expert, and you certainly don't need to have all the answers. If you have a solid Torah foundation, a caring heart, and a desire to help another Jew grow, becoming a TorahMates mentor may be the right choice for you.
