A delicious side dish for Pesach!<\/a><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

2 lbs carrots, peeled and cooked until soft and drained well
\n5 eggs
\n1\/2 cup sugar
\n2 1\/2-3 Tbsp. potato starch, sifted
\n1 3\/4 tsp. baking powder
\n1 Tbsp. vanilla sugar
\n1\/4 cup oil
\n1\/3 cup applesauce<\/p>\n

Topping:
\n1\/3 cup ground nuts, mix of walnuts and almonds
\n1\/4 cup brown sugar
\n2 Tbsp. potato starch
\n1 tsp. oil
\n1\/4 cup ladyfinger crumbs, optional<\/p>\n

Using a mixer, mix cooked carrots with all other ingredients (aside from topping) well. Pour into 9×13\u00a0 pan<\/a>. Combine all topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over souffle. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until set.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
