This recipe, which tastes as good as it sounds, is a contribution from Mrs. Ella Finkel, a former employee of Oorah<\/a>. These can be made dairy or pareve<\/a> so you can enjoy them anytime! <\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

1 8-oz package of cream cheese (substitute with soy-based Tofutti cream cheese<\/a> for pareve version)
\n2 eggs
\n1 1\/2 cup sugar
\n1\/8 teaspoon salt
\n\u00bd teaspoon salt
\n1 \u00bd cups chocolate chips
\n1 \u00bd cups sifted flour
\n\u00bc cup cocoa
\n1 cup water
\n1\/3 cup oil
\n1 Tbsp. vinegar
\n1 tsp. vanilla extract
\n1 tsp. baking soda<\/p>\n

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, 1\/2 cup sugar, and 1\/8 tsp salt. Mix with an electric mixer. Add chocolate chips.<\/p>\n

In a medium bowl, combine flour, remaining 1 cup sugar, cocoa, 1\/2 tsp salt, water, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and baking soda. Beat until smooth.<\/p>\n

Insert paper liners in cupcake pans and fill until 1\/3 full with batter. Top with 2-3 teaspoons of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
