Perfect for dessert on Shabbos or really any time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>4 cups<\/strong>\u00a0flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>2 cups<\/strong>\u00a0sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>2 teaspoons<\/strong> vanilla sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 and 1\/2 sticks (3\/4 cup)<\/strong>\u00a0margarine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>3\/4 cup<\/strong>\u00a0oil, divided<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 teaspoon<\/strong>\u00a0cinnamon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>4<\/strong>\u00a0eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 cup<\/strong>\u00a0orange juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>4 teaspoons<\/strong> baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 and 1\/2 teaspoons<\/strong>\u00a0coffee granules dissolved in\u00a0<strong>3 and 1\/2 tablespoons<\/strong>\u00a0hot water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1\/4 cup<\/strong> cocoa powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>1 cup<\/strong> confectioners\u2019 sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Prepare the Cake<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yields 10- by 14-inch baking pan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a large bowl, place flour, sugars, margarine,\u00a0half a cup of oil, and cinnamon; mix to combine. Remove one and\u00a0a half cups of crumbs for the topping and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add eggs, juice, and baking powder to the bowl, and mix to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate bowl, place remaining quarter cup of oil, dissolved coffee, cocoa powder, and confectioners\u2019 sugar; mix to combine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Line the bottom of a 10- by 14-inch (26- by 36-centimeter) baking pan with baking parchment paper (only the bottom). Pour white batter into the pan. Pour chocolate batter on top and swirl into white batter.
