This recipe can be frozen successfully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Chicken<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 and 1\/2 pounds (680 grams)<\/strong>\u00a0chicken cutlets, cut into cubes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Fall Hash<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>2 tablespoons<\/strong> Olive Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0medium sweet potato, peeled and diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0medium butternut squash, peeled and diced (see note)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0medium\/large pear, peeled and diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1<\/strong>\u00a0small onion, finely diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>2 cloves<\/strong>\u00a0garlic, minced, or\u00a0<strong>2 cubes<\/strong> Frozen Garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 teaspoon<\/strong>\u00a0paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Maple Glaze<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 tablespoon <\/strong>Olive Oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 clove<\/strong>\u00a0garlic, minced, or\u00a0<strong>1 cube<\/strong> Frozen Garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>2 tablespoons <\/strong>Balsamic Vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1\/4 cup<\/strong>\u00a0natural maple syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1 tablespoon<\/strong>\u00a0honey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0salt, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Start Cooking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4>Prepare the Chicken<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat olive oil for the hash in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Saut\u00e9 sweet potato, butternut squash, pear, onion, and garlic in oil for eight to 10 minutes until veggies are golden and fragrant, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare maple glaze: Heat olive oil in a small frying pan. Saut\u00e9 garlic just until fragrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add vinegar, maple, honey, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer until reduced and thickened, about seven to 10 minutes. Taste and adjust\u00a0seasoning if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour veggies into baking sheet or nine- by 13-inch (20- by 30-centimeter) pan lined with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper. Arrange chicken cutlets on top of veggies. Pour maple glaze over the chicken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is done, basting every few minutes.
