Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  • 1\/2 C\u00a0\ufb02our<\/li>
  • 2 C\u00a0crushed pretzel sticks<\/li>
  • 2\u00a0eggs<\/li>
  • 1 tsp\u00a0mustard<\/li>
  • 6 to 8 pieces\u00a0chicken bottoms<\/li>
  • salt, to taste<\/li>
  • black\u00a0pepper, to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    1. <\/li>
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/li>
    3. Place \ufb02our in a dish. Place crushed pretzels in another dish. Whisk two eggs in a separate bowl. Add the mustard and combine with the eggs.\u00a0<\/li>
    4. Skin chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dredge \ufb01rst in flour, then dip into egg mixture and lastly, dip into crushed pretzels, pressing \ufb01rmly to coat.\u00a0<\/li>
    5. Place chicken into 10- by 14-inch baking pan and cover well.\u00a0<\/li>
