{"id":2898,"date":"2019-01-10T20:33:32","date_gmt":"2019-01-10T20:33:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.oorahspirit.org\/?p=2898"},"modified":"2019-01-10T20:33:32","modified_gmt":"2019-01-10T20:33:32","slug":"smoky-sweet-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fargate.dev.torahmates.org\/jewish-resources\/smoky-sweet-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Smoky Sweet Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A delicious and hearty side dish, from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kosher.com\/recipe\/smoky-sweet-potatoes-6123\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kosher.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u00a0medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp\u00a0oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp\u00a0black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp\u00a0chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp\u00a0cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp\u00a0brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp\u00a0margarine\/butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an eight- by eight-inch square pan with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper.<\/li>\n<li>Toss sweet potatoes with oil, kosher salt, black pepper, chili powder, cinnamon and brown sugar.
