Cookies ‘n Cream Bars from Kosher.com<\/a><\/h3>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

  • 1 cup\u00a0oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 2 Tbsp\u00a0milk or soy milk<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n
  • 2 and 1\/2 cups flour<\/li>\n
  • 15\u00a0chocolate sandwich cookies, lightly crushed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a nine- by 13-inch baking pan; set aside.<\/li>\n
    2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, on medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, and eggs until combined and smooth. Add milk, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Beat to combine.<\/li>\n
    3. Reduce mixer speed to low; add flour. Beat until combined. Batter will be thick.<\/li>\n
    4. Remove bowl from mixer; use a rubber spatula to stir in the cookie crumbs. Mix until evenly distributed.<\/li>\n
    5. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 30 minutes, until the center is set. Cut into squares.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n
