{"id":2182,"date":"2017-08-03T20:48:06","date_gmt":"2017-08-03T20:48:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/18.191.22.100\/?p=2182"},"modified":"2017-08-03T20:48:06","modified_gmt":"2017-08-03T20:48:06","slug":"smores-bars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fargate.dev.torahmates.org\/jewish-resources\/smores-bars\/","title":{"rendered":"S&#8217;mores Bars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>What&#8217;s summer without some good old s&#8217;mores?\u00a0A great recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kosher.com\/recipe\/smores-bars-2354\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kosher.com\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup\u00a0oil<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0egg<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon\u00a0vanilla<\/li>\n<li>4 1\/2\u00a0graham crackers, crushed<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 and 1\/3 cups\u00a0flour<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon\u00a0baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon\u00a0salt<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon\u00a0cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>2\u00a0(3-oz.) bars\u00a0bittersweet chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0(8-oz.) bag\u00a0mini marshmallows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9- x 13-inch baking pan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>In a large bowl, combine oil, egg, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Press half of the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 13 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Break the chocolate into squares and place evenly on top of crust. Top evenly with marshmallows. Crumble remaining batter over chocolate and marshmallows.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p>Bake for an additional 13 minutes.
