{"id":1763,"date":"2016-03-21T18:59:40","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T18:59:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/18.191.22.100\/?p=1763"},"modified":"2016-03-21T18:59:40","modified_gmt":"2016-03-21T18:59:40","slug":"hamantaschen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fargate.dev.torahmates.org\/jewish-resources\/hamantaschen\/","title":{"rendered":"Hamantaschen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bake these quick and easy hamantaschen for a classic\u00a0Purim treat!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 sticks margarine<\/li>\n<li>1 c sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00bd c flour<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd c orange juice<\/li>\n<li>jam or filling of your choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all ingredients together.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dough until flat. Sprinkle\u00a0with flour if it&#8217;s too sticky to work with.<\/li>\n<li>Cut into circles. Use a glass or a round cookie cutter to make a perfect shape.<\/li>\n<li>Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each circle.
