Ingredients:<\/p>\n
2 cups flour<\/p>\n
2 cups sugar<\/p>\n
1 (2.8 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix<\/p>\n
2 tsp. baking powder<\/p>\n
4 eggs<\/p>\n
3\/4 cup orange juice<\/p>\n
2\/3 cup oil<\/p>\n
1\/4 cup vodka<\/p>\n
1\/4 cup almond liqueur<\/p>\n
Almond Glaze:<\/p>\n
1 cup confectioners sugar<\/p>\n
1 tsp. almond extract or liqueur<\/p>\n
1-2 Tbsp. water<\/p>\n
2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds<\/p>\n
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, pudding mix and baking powder. Slowly add eggs, orange juice, oil, vodka and almond liqueur. Mix well. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool.<\/p>\n
In a small bowl, combine first two glaze ingredients. Add water until the glaze is of a consistency to be drizzled. Glaze cake. Sprinkle on almonds before glaze hardens.<\/p>\n
