Recipe courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oorahjobs.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oorah<\/a>&#8216;s Art Director, the multi-talented Mrs. Devora Homnick. <\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: <\/p>\n<p>6 thin sliced boneless chicken breasts (or regular breasts pounded thin)<br \/>\n8 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms, chopped<br \/>\nteriyaki marinade or glaze (bottled or use recipe below)<br \/>\ngarlic powder<br \/>\nblack pepper<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. oil<\/p>\n<p>Place a spoonful or so of chopped mushrooms on the end of each chicken piece. Roll chicken around mushrooms. Place in baking dish open end down. Pour teriyaki marinade over chicken rolls. Top with remaining chopped mushrooms. Drizzle oil over rolls. Sprinkle with garlic powder and a dash of pepper.<br \/>\nBake at 350F uncovered for 20 minutes. <\/p>\n<p>Easy Teriyaki Sauce:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc\tcup soy sauce<br \/>\n1\tcup water<br \/>\n\u00bd\tteaspoon ground ginger<br \/>\n\u00bc\tteaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n5\ttablespoons packed brown sugar<br \/>\n1 -2\ttablespoon honey<br \/>\n2\ttablespoons cornstarch<br \/>\n\u00bc\tcup cold water<\/p>\n<p>Mix all but the cornstarch and 1\/4 cup water in a sauce pan and begin heating. Whisk the  cornstarch and cold water in a cup to dissolve. Add to sauce in pan. Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
