\"raspberry<\/a><\/p>\n

Great for snacking on Shabbos afternoon and definitely something to keep in your cookie jar! Recipe courtesy of Atara Tewel. <\/p>\n

Dough:
\n3 cups flour
\n3\/4 cup brown sugar
\n1\/2 cup white sugar
\n3\/4 cup oil
\n1 cup oats
\n2 tsp. baking powder
\npinch salt
\n3 large or 2 extra large eggs<\/p>\n

Filling:
\nRaspberry jam (preferably seedless)
\n2 handfuls of chocolate chips
\ncoconut<\/p>\n

Mix all ingredients to form dough. Press half the dough into a 10×15 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Spread jam (you may need to soften first in the microwave or mix with a little hot water) to cover the crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut. Crumble remaining dough on top.
